Ross starts construction for Strayer University

Ross Realty announces the commencement of construction of a 17,300 sf two-story office building at the northwest quadrant of Miramar Parkway and Interstate 75 in Miramar, Florida. The building will be occupied in its entirety by Strayer University. The office building represents phase one of Ross’ Lakeside Shoppes Miramar project which will include an additional 22,256 sf of single story retail, office, and restaurant space with visibility to Interstate 75 and Miramar Parkway. It is adjacent to the successful Fountains of Miramar shopping center (Home Depot, Marshall’s, Ross Dress for Less, Office Depot, etc.) located immediately to the west.
This was Ross’ second transaction with Strayer University who opened in 2008 in Ross’ Heron Bay Corporate Center along the Sawgrass Expressway in Coral Springs, FL.
