Ross Realty Launches New Web Site

Ross Realty launched their new web site, ross-realty.com. Company Marketing VP Matt Harris selected Equivox of Fort Lauderdale to develop the new site. Features include a ramped up property database which allows users to check the Ross portfolio of current properties and available space for lease/sale in real time. Administration tools through the web site database allow Ross staffers to maintain control over inventory.
A very sophisticated email marketing tool has been developed to allow Ross marketers to send mass emails targeting specific properties and customers. The emails generate tracking information that Ross sales team members can use to further filter prospects. It has lead to numerous lead generation opportunities that will cause a new department, web sales team, to eventually be put in place.
