Heron Bay Projects under construction

Construction is underway at both the Waterways Shoppes of Heron Bay as well as building III of Heron Bay Corporate Center, both located along Coral Ridge Drive on the north side of the Sawgrass Expressway in northwestern Broward County, Florida. Heron Bay is one of South Florida's most exclusive suburban communities and both of these projects will cater to the Coral Springs, Parkland and Boca Raton areas.
The Waterways Shoppes is a retail specialty shopping center to be developed on the north side of the existing Publix center at the southern entrance to the affluent Heron Bay community. Currently, four bays remain available for lease in the project.
The Heron Bay Corporate Center is located along the Sawgrass Expressway, and when fully developed, will include three 3-story 45,000 sf Class "A" office buildings. Naming right are still available for a full floor user.
