HAL COHEN
Sr. Vice President, Director of Sales
Hal joined Ross Realty Investments in 1988 after graduating from Nova
Southeastern University and has been an active participant in the Company's
growth since that time.
For the past several years, Hal has been in
charge of treasury functions for the Company and for construction loan
administration. Additionally, he takes credit for developing the "Ross Summary
Report", which has often been called the most comprehensive, easy-to-read report
by investors and owners. This report summarizes all receipts and disbursements
for a property on a monthly cash basis.
Under Hal's direction, various
quarterly reports are produced for property owners such as rent rolls, financial
pro-formas, accounts receivable and occupancy reports. Property owners can be
assured of receiving accurate and concise information.
Most recently,
Hal assumed responsibility for the Sales Department of Ross Realty Investments.
Hal plans marketing efforts and oversees sales package preparation along with an
in-house marketing staff. He then coordinates responses to that marketing and
evaluates offers from qualified purchasers.
As Director of Sales, Hal's
goal is to maximize proceeds from asset sales and to ensure that the closing
process proceeds smoothly. As such, he works closely with buyers as well as
third party consultants during the contract period of sale transactions.
