GLORIA GEMAYEL
Sr. Vice President, Acquisitions Finance
Gloria Gemayel joined Ross Realty Investments, Inc. in early 2002, enhancing the
team of professionals that have helped to grow the Company into a well-respected
operator and leasing agent of over 30 shopping centers and office buildings.
Gloria has key responsibilities in the areas of Acquisitions and Finance and
will support the Company's on-going business and planned future growth.
In conjunction with the Company's proven management team, an item of
focus for this key employee is to review the operating results of properties,
improve asset performance and provide concise and correct information to
interested parties. For new acquisition opportunities, Gloria is the
"quarterback" to take properties from the initial review process to closing and
then to a smooth transition to the Property Management team.
Prior to
joining Ross Realty Investments, Inc. Gloria was with Swerdlow Real Estate
Group, Inc ("SREG") for four years serving in a financial capacity and was part
of the team that converted SREG from a privately owned concern into a Real
Estate Investment Trust. During that time, she established relationships with
lenders and institutional investors as well as members of South Florida's
commercial real estate community. Her experience dealing with investor
communications, asset sales, budgeting, financial analysis, property loans and
asset performance monitoring for over five million square feet of retail space
is a valuable asset for Ross Realty Investments, Inc.
On a personal
side, Gloria has been a resident of Broward County since the early 1970's and is
well familiar with the South Florida area. She is a 1983 graduate from the
University of Miami and holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business
Administration degree from that institution. Fluent in English, Spanish and
French, Gloria is comfortable with the multi-cultural environment prevalent in
Florida.
