Ross signs exclusive listing agreement with Bergeron Properties

Ross Realty Investments is pleased to announce it has entered into an Exclusive Leasing Listing Agreement with Pembroke Pines based Bergeron Properties for tow of their South Florida retail centers.
Ross will handle the marketing and leasing of Bergeron Sawgrass Plaza, the 27,117 sf retail center located at the main entrance to the Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise, Florida, and Bergeron Plaza, the 46,342 sf retail/office project located along SW 196th Avenue just north of Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
