Ross Realty, along with JV partner Suncap Realty Investments, has purchased the 131,814 sf Village Marketplace Shopping Plaza located at 13100 Midlothian Turnpike, in Midlothian, Virginia. Midlothian is located just a few miles west of Richmond.  The center is anchored by Food Lion and features a diverse grouping of established retailers and restaurants.
